Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more (within the U.S. excluding Hawaii and Alaska)*.
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the order date.
Orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be processed on Tuesday of the following week.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for your order. If you choose In Store Pick Up, you will still receive this email once your order has been manually fulfilled and ready for pick up.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges Only!

Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date the order is received, for exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, proof of purchase and in its original packaging. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start an exchange/return, you can contact us at thelibboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The majority of exchanges/returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a The LIBoutique gift card. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Returns
Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
